Your opportunity
Join the team at Townsville Youth Foyer, a unique program that combines safe accommodation with support, coaching and opportunity for young people aged 16-25.
Using the Youth Foyer model and a strengths-based approach, you'll work alongside young people to build independence, achieve personal goals, and create pathways into education, training and employment.
As a Youth Development Coach, you'll provide individualised case management and practical support, helping young people develop life skills, strengthen community connections and achieve sustainable outcomes.
Through positive relationships, advocacy and coaching, you'll empower young people to build confidence and create brighter futures.
You'll be part of a passionate and supportive team committed to making a lasting impact in the lives of young people in Townsville.
Must be able to work Monday and Friday from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm onsite.

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
