This role is being offered as a 12-month Maximum-Term Contract.
As a Business Analyst at PwC Australia, you will focus on analysing and interpreting business processes to provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving business performance and optimising processes. Your work will involve strong analytical skills, process mapping and the ability to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

What you’ll do:
Lead discovery, mapping, and documentation of current state operational processes across functions, identifying inefficiencies, dependencies, and opportunities for AI enabled redesign future state operational processes across functions, identifying inefficiencies, dependencies, and opportunities for AI‑enabled redesign.
Develop future state process maps, workflow designs, and system interaction diagrams that incorporate AI tools, automation, and optimised operating models.
Partner with cross functional teams to elicit, validate, and translate business requirements into clear specific workflows.‑functional teams to elicit, validate, and translate business requirements into clear specific workflow.
Support proofs of concept and pilot activities by integrating AI interventions into real business workflows and validating operational impacts.
Apply structured risk, safety, and governance controls to ensure all redesigned workflows meet privacy, security, and quality standards.
Prepare documentation, handover materials, and operational guides to enable smooth transition into the new AI supported operating model.
