What you will do:
- Supervising warehouse daily activities.
- Manage and train a team to receive and ship products to JCI production plants.
- Review and change procedures to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials and maintaining suitable inventory levels.

- Shift start meeting
- Daily Attendance
- Area Walktrough
- On-site cash report
- Critical materials inventory
- Review of previous shift bin discrepancies
- SAP MB51 review, shift start, and handover
- Ensure transactions and tablet usage
- Bin receipt accuracy report
- Fill area metrics
- Cross audits of material racking
- Report and block discrepancies
- Assign daily activities to shipping and kitting staff
What we look for:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Ability to motivate teams to meet daily goals.
- Knowledge of KPI’S.
- SAP knowledge or similar ERP.
- 3-5 years’ experience in receiving and shipping warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics coordination.
- Ability to train employees and follow up their performance.
- Main focus to maintain and exceed accuracy levels greater than 95%
- Teamwork oriented across the organization.
- Promote and comply safety company policies and regulations.
- Root Cause analysis problem solver.
Preferred:
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excel Advance knowledge.
- Able to work with or lead cross-functional teams.
- Able to communicate and write on English language

Rotating shifts every week:
- Day shift: Monday to Saturday 7am to 3pm
- Evening shift: Monday to Saturday 3pm to 10:30pm
- Night shift: Monday to Friday 10:30pm to 7am
