• Perform and own the consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliations in OneStream.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end and year-end consolidation.

• Provide technical accounting analysis and guidance when entities, assets or funds are moved within the group.

• Own and support distribution models, ensuring accuracy, transparency and proper documentation.
• Own the accounting manual for the group.
• Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance and consistent processes.

You
We are looking for a motivated Finance Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar finance role. You have experience in consolidation, financial reporting, technical accounting and statutory audit.

Moreover, you have solid experience in year-end close activities and in coordinating audits and internal and external reporting.

• Comprehensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), including IFRS and their use in consolidation, technical accounting, and financial statement preparation
• Prior experience in managing finance activities for multiple geographies including but not limited to gaap-to-gaap differences
• Experience with accounting for group restructurings and complex transactions is an advantage
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Well-developed organisational and time management skills
