**MISSION**
We are on a mission to democratize access to financial intelligence. Every company should have financial insights at a fingertip – not just big enterprises with dedicated finance teams. For the first time, AI makes this possible. In the intelligence age, business owners with no financial expertise will get access to all the latent knowledge hidden in their books. Businesses will operate with a level of clarity, confidence, and speed that is almost unimaginable today.
Tabula is the accounting software that does the work for you. From paying, to getting pay; organizing expenses, generating insights and filing taxes. By automating the manual work, we give SMBs easy access to financial insights and let them focus on what they do best: running their business.
**TRACTION**
Backed by Y Combinator and raised a $4.7m Seed round from [**LocalGlobe**](https://sifted.eu/articles/european-vcs-most-unicorns-2023). Since openly launching 9 months ago we have seen strong traction with > 1000 companies onboarded and $1bn in expense volume processed.
**YOUR ROLE**
As our **Founding Account Executive**, you will be the first members of our Go-To-Market team and play a critical role in building and scaling our sales motion from the ground up. You will own prospective customers end to end: running discovery calls, delivering demos, managing follow-ups, closing deals, and building long-term customer relationships. You will work directly with the founders to turn early traction into a repeatable, scalable GTM engine. This is not a narrow sales role. You will help shape our GTM strategy, represent Tabula in the market, and build the foundation for the commercial organization.
**Close Deals**
* Own the sales process end to end, from first conversation to closed deal.
* Run discovery calls with prospective customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and buying criteria.

**Customer Relationships & AI Adoption**
* Own key customer relationships, driving satisfaction, retention, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
* Translate customer insights and feedback directly into actionable product improvements, influencing roadmap priorities.
* Lead adoption initiatives, managing change within traditional accounting firms to ensure smooth product onboarding and deep roll-out.
**WHO THRIVES AT TABULA**
* You're **entrepreneurial**—maybe you even plan to start your own thing someday.
* You're **convinced** **AI will shake up the finance industry** and want to be part of it.
