This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS / Cybersecurity) based in India.
This is a hands-on growth role focused on building a scalable marketing engine for an established cybersecurity offering.
You’ll own the funnel end to end, from positioning and demand generation through nurture, conversion, and booked opportunities.
The role combines B2B SaaS marketing, cybersecurity, content, SEO, email automation, and LinkedIn growth.
You’ll work closely with senior revenue leadership and an SEO specialist in a fully remote, international environment.
A major focus will be turning an existing product with paying customers into a predictable source of qualified demand.
You’ll have significant autonomy to test messaging, channels, content, and conversion strategies and measure their impact.
Success will be defined by measurable growth, stronger funnel performance, and the ability to build repeatable marketing processes.
Own and continuously improve the marketing funnel, from initial awareness and lead generation through nurture, conversion, and booked sales opportunities.
Develop and test compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that address why businesses should improve their cybersecurity or change providers.
Manage lead nurturing, email sequences, lead scoring, and follow-up workflows using marketing automation tools.
Drive qualified traffic through content marketing, organic search, LinkedIn, and other relevant acquisition channels.
Improve website conversion through landing pages, comparison content, pricing explainers, switching guides, and other high-intent assets.
Create and coordinate engaging marketing content, including articles, infographics, short-form videos, and other creative assets.
Build and strengthen the brand presence on LinkedIn while using the platform to generate relevant website traffic and demand.
Analyze funnel and campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and use measurable results to guide experimentation and prioritization.
Work autonomously while collaborating closely with revenue and SEO stakeholders in a distributed international team.
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including at least 2 years with direct ownership of a marketing funnel rather than primarily supporting one.
Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, IT services, or another technical B2B category.
Demonstrable evidence of marketing growth success, including ownership of a funnel and measurable results.
Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with business and technical audiences.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms; experience with HubSpot is particularly relevant.
Strong understanding of demand generation, nurture, conversion optimization, content marketing, and digital acquisition.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership in a fully remote environment.
Helpful additional experience includes managed-service-provider marketing, paid advertising, outbound marketing, or direct marketing.
Fully remote, full-time independent contractor position.
Compensation paid directly in USD.
Competitive salary.
Potential performance bonus tied to measurable business impact.
Annual compensation review.
15 days of paid time off plus public holidays.
Equipment budget to support your remote setup.
Dedicated learning and professional development budget.
Opportunity to work closely with senior revenue leadership and influence the growth strategy of a developing B2B cybersecurity offering.
International remote working environment with colleagues across multiple regions.
Working hours aligned with or close to the Toronto time zone.
