About the Role
We are seeking an experienced NOC Operations Manager / Incident Management Lead to lead 24x7 operations, major incident management, cloud infrastructure support, and operational excellence initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in AWS operations, incident command, stakeholder communication, monitoring platforms, and people leadership to ensure high availability and reliability of critical production systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage 24x7 NOC operations and support teams.
Drive Major Incident Management (P1/P2), bridge calls, and escalations.
Ensure SLA, MTTR, and MTTA targets are met.
Govern shift handovers, runbooks, SOPs, and operational processes.
Hands on Experience on Monitoring tool(Splunk)
Provide executive and stakeholder communications during critical incidents.
Manage AWS operational environments including EC2, VPC, Route 53, Security Groups, Load Balancers, and CloudWatch.
Support Azure operations, Linux, Windows Server, and cloud networking.
Oversee monitoring operations, alert triage, incident lifecycle management, and ITSM processes.
Drive automation using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
Lead RCA reviews, Problem Management, monitoring optimization, and operational improvement initiatives.
Mentor and develop NOC engineers while promoting operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in NOC Operations, Infrastructure Operations, Production Support, or Incident Management.
Experience leading large-scale 24x7 operations teams.
Strong hands-on AWS operational experience.
Expertise in Major Incident Management and stakeholder communication.
Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows troubleshooting.
Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms.
Hands-on experience with Splunk, CloudWatch, and enterprise monitoring tools.
Strong understanding of networking concepts including DNS, Routing, Load Balancing, and Security Controls.
Experience supporting Kubernetes (EKS), RDS, Azure SQL, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.
Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, or Site24x7.
Knowledge of Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, Git, Rundeck, and CI/CD concepts.
Understanding of IAM, cloud security monitoring, vulnerability management, and security incident response.
Experience in Healthcare Technology environments.
HIPAA awareness and compliance knowledge.
Knowledge of SRE practices and global follow-the-sun support models.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
