Regional Sales Director - APAC

Job Description:

Pluralsight is looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead our Asia Pacific Account Executive team. You’ll define and carry out the sales strategy that retains and grows our Enterprise and Commercial customers across the region. Working closely with the VP for APAC and your peers, you’ll coach a skilled, remote team, shape a collaborative culture, and help advance the world’s technology workforce. You’ll join a mission-driven company where inclusion and belonging are part of everyday work, and where you’ll keep learning and growing as you lead.

What you’ll do

• Partner with the VP for APAC and peers to shape and execute strategies for recurring revenue growth, so the team meets its booking and renewal targets
• Oversee the full sales process, set clear metrics for funnel management, and report on all aspects of the business
• Keep forecasts and metrics accurate and current, and run weekly forecast meetings and 1:1 reviews so senior leadership and the ELT always have visibility
• Coach sellers using the MEDDPICC framework and join client and prospect meetings, bringing in other corporate resources as needed
• Build and maintain key customer relationships, and develop strategies to expand our footprint within Enterprise and Commercial accounts
• Work with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop and manage policies and processes that support the business, and represent Pluralsight at industry conferences and marketing events

What you’ll bring

• Expertise in the MEDDPICC framework, ideally as both a seller and a leader or coach
• Experience selling SaaS solutions to technology executives, with the technical fluency to match
• A consistent record of exceeding targets in both net new business and renewals
• The ability to forecast accurately and exceed revenue goals as a sales leader
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a humble, growth-minded approach to complex business challenges
• A collaborative, entrepreneurial approach, comfort with ambiguity in a changing environment, and a passion for our mission to advance the world’s technology workforce

Requirements

• 8+ years of leadership experience in enterprise software sales, with a successful history of quota attainment
• 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales
• Prior experience leading, managing, and coaching a remote sales team
• Knowledge of, and experience selling within, the APAC region, specifically Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and India
• This is a remote role based in Australia. We do not have a physical office in APAC. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.
• Travel: Travel expectations differ by role. Some quota-bearing sales positions involve limited travel, while others may involve travel of up to 40%, depending on business needs. The APAC sales team is currently located in Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, and Singapore.

Why you’ll love working here

• We work in a blended environment that supports collaboration, flexibility, and connection across teams.
• We are mission-driven, shaping the future of tech upskilling and delivering impact that matters.
• We foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, where everyone can contribute and thrive.
• We are always learning, creating an environment where you can take on new challenges, expand your skills, and grow with purpose.
• Benefits include competitive compensation, bonus eligibility, comprehensive medical coverage, unlimited PTO, wellness reimbursement, professional development funds, and more.
