As a SAP PM-Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation of SAP supply chain and operations applications to optimize client processes
- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored software solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to achieve strategic objectives
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and encourage professional growth
- Utilizing data-driven insights to improve supply chain performance and cost management
- Coordinating supply chain transformation initiatives to enhance client service delivery
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to improve cost efficiency
- Engaging in strategic questioning to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Excelling in project budgeting and resource management
- Leading supply chain transformation initiatives
