As a SAP PM-Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Within our Advisory practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency
- Utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and recommendations
- Managing project resources and budgets to deliver successful outcomes
- Developing and maintaining client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems and enhance supply chain performance
- Coordinating supply chain transformation initiatives to align with client objectives
- Supporting procurement strategy and system implementation to achieve cost efficiency
- Leading efforts in demand forecasting and inventory management to reduce lead times

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Utilizing SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM) for strategic insights
- Demonstrating proficiency in data modeling and system support
- Excelling in demand forecasting and planning operations
- Managing procurement strategy and system implementation
- Navigating complex supply chain transformations and coordination
- Developing warehouse management systems and layout design
