By joining us you’ll be solving challenging problems within a talented team and a culture built for high performance. Our team out-think, out-work and out-care. We’re looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our Talent team and deliver the operational engine that powers how we hire at Halter.
We fundamentally believe that the speed, quality, and experience of our hiring is one of the biggest drivers of company success. This role ensures that the engine runs seamlessly, from logistics and compliance through to candidate experience.
As we scale rapidly globally, the complexity of hiring increases. This role is critical in ensuring we remain efficient, compliant, and operationally excellent, while delivering a world-class candidate experience.
You enable a high quality candidate experience by owning and delivering on the operational details of the end to end recruitment process. Including scheduling of interviews and candidate travel through to ensuring our silver medalist candidates leave our process with just as much as enthusiasm as when they entered.
You’ll support key hiring initiatives that reflect the calibre and ambition of Halter, including the execution of recruitment events.
You’ll be responsible for compliance and audit readiness across the hiring lifecycle, background checks, and right-to-work requirements. Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready records will be critical to ensuring we operate with rigour as we scale.
A key part of the role is driving operational excellence at scale — identifying opportunities to streamline processes, implement automation, and leverage AI to increase efficiency.
What Success Looks Like
Candidates have a seamless, high-quality experience, regardless of location
Our systems are clean, reliable, and provide real-time insight
Compliance risks are proactively managed, no surprises
Hiring teams move faster because operations are frictionless
We leverage automation and AI to scale efficiently without increasing complexity
Who We’re Looking For
Experience in Operations
High attention to detail, you care deeply about data integrity and process quality
Strong operational mindset with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership
Why this role matters
This role is the difference between hiring that works and hiring that scales. You’ll deliver on the systems, processes, and foundations that allow us to grow quickly without compromising on quality, experience, or compliance.
