• Your Tasks

• Take ownership of the annual export sales budget and targets and contribute to increasing the export sales share.( Russian-speaking countries )
• Develop new international markets and expand the customer and distributor network in target countries.
• Manage and develop existing international customers and distributors to achieve sustainable and profitable growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong customer and distributor network in line with the company’s growth strategy.

• Your Profile

• University degree, preferably from an Engineering Faculty, ideally Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export / international sales, preferably in a technical B2B or industrial environment.
• Experience in managing international customers and distributors.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and business development skills.
• Good understanding of international sales and export processes.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.

• Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in Russian-speaking markets, preferably CIS countries, is strongly preferred.

• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in an international organization.

• Take an active role in defining and implementing export sales strategies and strategic objectives.
• Prepare the annual international travel plan and manage the related budget approval process.
• Regularly visit existing and potential customers and distributors and develop strong, long-term business relationships.
• Monitor overseas customer and distributor accounts, including credit limits, outstanding balances and commercial risks, and take necessary actions.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and proactively follow up on overdue payments.
• Manage the sales pipeline in line with annual targets and ensure sufficient opportunity coverage.
• Record customer visits, opportunities and sales activities accurately and timely in SFDC (Salesforce).
• Follow customer orders and deliveries closely and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order execution.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial quotations and offers and negotiate commercial conditions within company guidelines.
• Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, pricing and payment-term developments and provide regular market feedback.
• Prepare weekly activity plans and share performance, pipeline and market updates with the Sales Manager / senior management.
• Work closely with Sales Support, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Marketing and Technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order execution.
